This webinar will define business analysis and explore the process of becoming a certified Business Analyst. You will be introduced to the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and their Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK). You will also have the chance to discuss IIBA and their certification program, identify the qualifications for the CBAP certification, and review the CBAP certification process and associated costs.
