While everyone focuses on the risk associated with managing work between diverse locations, it is a well-planned and executed Transition Plan that mitigates most of this risk by setting proper expectations, providing appropriate cultural training, and ensuring the right people are defined in the escalation process to oversee and resolve issues quickly when they arise.
